This property is very close to the UF campus and stadium, and is perfect for game days or commencements!
--THE PROPERTY--
The 3 private bedrooms are located within a spacious and fully furnished home. Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, a spacious closet, blackout curtains, a full-length mirror, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Each bedroom also get access to another private closet in the hallway, opposite each room. Both full bathrooms are fully stocked, with modern finishes throughout.
The dining area features a beautiful wood dining table and chair set, offering extra space to enjoy meals, sit with a cup of coffee, or get some work done.
The kitchen features sleek cabinets, quartz countertops with a spacious island, and stainless-steel appliances. You have access to cooking essentials, pots and pans, utensils, cutlery, bowls/plates/cups/mugs, etc.
The spacious living room features a huge sectional and a 65" Roku Smart TV, and is a great place to relax and unwind.
Guests also enjoy access to an on-site washer and dryer, and free on-premises parking.
