College tour and game

We came in for the college tour and stayed for the game. This house is the perfect distance to walk to the university and restaurants. The outside of the house looked sketchy ……old Florida housing…..but the inside was clean and had great charm. The beds were super comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook and feed teenagers. Close enough to walk to things and experience UF . Would definitely recommend if you are coming in for a game.

Convenient location and Great Communication

Property manager provides detailed information for check in and access. Restaurants, grocery stores are within walking distance. Neighborhood is dog friendly (leashed). There are stations all around that provide bags and disposal so you don't have to walk around with your pet poo bag. One morning I was delighted by sighting a family of Pileated Woodpeckers nesting in the huge Live Oak on the corner.
