Other things to note
→We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process, and your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:

- to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- that we'll collect either a fully refundable deposit (with a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

- that both the deposit and the waiver cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

→The person booking the reservation (reservee) is required to be staying at the property for the entire reservation period. Failure to do so could result in cancelation of the booking without refund.
The Reservee is liable and held wholly responsible for the actions of anyone, including any guests or visitors that they may have, within the house or on the property during their reservation period. The Reservee is is liable for any fees for broken house rules, damaged goods, damage to the property or damage to anything else related to the property, whether caused by themselves or their accompanying guests or visitors.

→The max occupancy is 7 guests. Daytime visitors are ok but must not stay overnight. There is a $200 per person penalty for overnight guests over the max occupancy.

→The cleaning fee at booking is a pass-through fee, meaning the entire cleaning fee goes to our cleaning team. We partner with the most impeccable cleaners and pay more than the average rate to guarantee a clean and safe environment for our guests. Anyone booking the home for 12 days or more is required to have additional cleaning services at the normal cleaning fee. We require a 1x per week clean for longer stays and will be charging this additional charge each week. Notify the host and they will get that scheduled for you.

→We provide a few complimentary home and bath essentials to get you started, like soap, shampoo, conditioner, some toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer soap and some laundry detergent. If there’s anything else you feel you’ll need, you'll need to purchase these items or you can have items deliver with Instacart.

→There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. They are recording video and audio at all times.

→We are a bring you own Password house which means our TV’s are set to guest mode. You can sign in to your personal accounts like Hulu and Netflix and continue streaming your favorite shows from right where you left off. Don’t worry about anyone else using your streaming services- you get to choose the date when you check out so no one will be using your accounts when you leave. Don’t have streaming services? That’s ok there are tons of free streaming channels as well.

→ Reservee agrees to allow the host, cleaners, lawn maintenance, vendors, contractors or subcontractors access to the rental property for any reason to make repairs, improvements, and/or care for or manage the property with prior notice given.


**HOUSE RULES**

-No Pets allowed- a $250 fee per day will be applied, if you choose to include an unauthorized pet in your stay.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis or vaping) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.

- The use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's grounds. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

- No parties/events and no excessive noise allowed. This is a residential area with quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. . Violating noise ordinances is an initial $500 fine.

- Renters agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
