"The advertisement said breakfast. Their idea of breakfast consisted of honey bun, nutrigrain bar, Belvita snack pack, and coffee. They should elaborate about the breakfast, most of the guests were unhappy. They thought getting a hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, oatmeal etc)"

"I checked in online before heading to the hotel because I knew we would be arriving late at night. When we get there around 10:30 p.m., there are several people waiting in the lobby. They were waiting because they had just been told that they were overbooked and there were no more rooms. When I was told this, along with the fact that I would not be charged a cancellation fee (?), I was told to go check the hotel next door. They didn’t have anything either. I went back to the hotel and asked about the manager. She said he was on his way there to clean rooms but offered no other information. While I was waiting, at least 3 more families were turned away that had reservations. We were all there for a graduation the next day. It is simple math. Know how many reservations you have and clean the rooms. Do better."

"Juanita in the food prep and service was excellent. She came and spoke with us guest, showed interest in where we are from and how we’re doing."

"We stayed for three days. Our coffee maker was fixed on the last day. The gym was not open for any of our stay. The lady in the restaurant was rude to my daughter."

"I liked the convenance of the motel and the price. The wifi could have worked and chairs to sit in along with working tv. Oh maybe a microwave or at lease a water pot so we could make instant hot water.. but I guess I was asking or expecting to much"
