"First time visiting the Grand Canyon of PA area, and this school bus converted to a tiny home did not disappoint! The bus is situated next to a scenic pond, and surrounded by beautiful hills. It feels very private even though there are other RV sites and tiny homes nearby.Wilmer, our host, could not have been more friendly, accommodating and attentive to our needs. Thanks for making our anniversary getaway special!"

"all 4 adults enjoyed our stay , place is clean and very well equipped. we sat for hours on the deck above the creek and took in the fresh air. Check in was easy as it comes and we enjoyed the cringle left for us. We went to the Lumber museum, Kinzau bridge and spent the whole day in Welsboro, All were very worthwhile. Thanks a Bunch!!"

"What an amazing place! The kids loved it and we all had a great time around the fire. FYI, if it's warm outside, talk around the fire from the chairs, but if it's cool outside, the giant fire pit is actually a warm seat and a small fire will be all you need.The creek was a bit low in late August, but still beautiful, and the surrounding grounds were spacious to be sure. The pond is very nice, and though we didn't catch any fish, a very large one did bend the rod almost in half. The location is near the PA grand canyon and most other area attractions - no shortage of hiking opportunities.The fireplace inside was wonderful and kept the house perfectly warm on cool nights. Be prepared for some confusion when walking around upstairs since there is a lot of symmetry, but this is more entertainment than anything.The kids were over in the game room most of the time playing pool or foosball, leaving the adults with unexpected relaxation. There's a TV in there as well, but it barely got turned on. The only slight complaint is that route 6 is not terribly far away on the far side of the river, but it's almost dead after 6 or 7 pm, which is when we were most likely to be at the fire pit anyway. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you to our hosts!!"
