Not too excited
"Not too exciting, there was no one at reception or to help with the luggage when we arrive. Staff not too excited to serve guests. Our driver and guide had issues with their accommodation, they were asked to pay for that. Nothing much to see in surrounding as well."

Dirty and Rude
"I would not recommend this place. When I complained about the large number of huge cockroaches, the manager came to my room and saw some that I had killed. He didn’t clean them up, or do anything about it. Just said “sorry.” I had to clean them up myself. I could live with the fact that the AC and ..."

"Excellent staff and delicious food. The manager took me out by cab and helped me find the things that I needed. Happiness is the best word for the atmosphere the staff puts into every aspect. I really felt like royalty. It was exceptionally good"
