9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,007 reviews)
The room was clean and comfortable enough. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. They were not there 24 hours. There were things to do and places to eat close by. It was a bit of a walk to the old town. and the lake. Maybe 25 minutes. We did not do the breakfast at the hotel since we felt it was overpriced. I believe it was a small buffet.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
I recently stayed at this hotel in Zurich and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is fantastic—it is incredibly convenient and close to everything, including the bus station, local restaurants, and major attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the entire staff was wonderful, friendly, and very accommodating throughout my stay.
However, I noticed two main issues that the hotel should address:
1. Bathroom Amenities: The shower gel is still supplied in tiny, single-use plastic bottles instead of the modern large wall pumps found in most hotels today. These little bottles make it difficult to get enough product, require housekeeping to restock them every single day, and create unnecessary plastic waste when trying to keep things clean and eco-friendly. Switching to refillable pumps would be a huge improvement.
2. Wi-Fi Issues: The internet completely failed during my last three days at the hotel. What made it frustrating was that the management and front desk staff had no idea why it happened or when it would be fixed. Reliable internet is essential, and the staff should be kept informed so they can update guests properly.
Despite these minor setbacks, the great location and wonderful team still make this a highly recommendable place to stay in Zurich. I hope management takes this constructive feedback to heart!

"The room was facing an industrial building, the decor is quite grey and subdued so while the room was comfortable it didn’t feel like a place you want to spend too much time. The location is the best part of you’re traveling in and out of the Zürich airport with trains, shopping and restaurants in ..."

"This is a very new hotel in the conference center adjoining Zurich airport. It has a large lobby with spaces to relax as well as a restaurant (which we did not eat at). It was quiet and, most importantly, very convenient to the airport for our 1-night stay. The shopping area in the train station ..."
