Rosa 2.0 Vacation Apartment with a Stunning View of the Lake


  • The Rosa 2.0 holiday rental was completely renovated in 2025. The apartment will be available for the first time starting in the spring of 2026.
    There is a LAN and TV connection in every room. Internet and Wi-Fi are included. The apartment is on the ground floor. It also features a terrace and a balcony (both with impressive lake views), complete with lounge chairs, seating, and barbecue facilities.

    The beach, bus service, and the cycling/hiking trail around Lake Constance are all in the immediate vicinity, approximately 200 metres away.

    A boat rental service and the Lake Constance ferry terminal are located in the neighbouring town, about 1 km away.

    The adjacent nature reserves are ideal for hiking, biking, and children’s adventures, among other activities. The location is perfect for day trips to Stein am Rhein, Schaffhausen, and Säntis.

    During the summer months, local clubs also host numerous summer festivals featuring brass band music and food and drink.

    Hermann Hesse, Otto Dix, and other artists spent part of their lives in Gaienhofen. The Otto Dix and Hermann Hesse Museums were established in their memory. A visit is highly recommended.
