Management responded quickly when we had an issue with one of the showers. Underground parking was very nice to have, but be aware that you will have trouble entering the car elevator if you have a larger car. You also should expect significant traffic noise due to the location of the apartment. We handled that with a white noise machine and the traffic noise...
