Situated within the exclusive Leuca-Otranto Coastal Park, "Foresta Forte" is a beautiful detached rental house offering a unique stay experience, immersed in nature and boasting a breathtaking panorama. The 65 sqm interior property is entirely clad in local stone and enriched with details in Lecce's carparo stone. It blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape, characterized by terraces with dry stone walls and centuries-old olive trees.
Exteriors and Panorama
The jewel in the crown of this property is the large, terraced rock garden of 2000 sqm.
A charming sea-view porch hosts a lovely outdoor lounge area with a table and sun loungers, the ideal place to relax while admiring the wonderful sea views.
At the back, in a reserved and secluded position, lies a beautiful 5x5 meter swimming pool (depth 1.40 m), perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days.
Completing the property is convenient free external parking, located right next to the perimeter wall.
The interior comprises:
An open-plan living area with a kitchenette, fireplace, TV, and a comfortable double sofa bed.
A sleeping area with two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds.
A bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Vacanza in Salento
Villetta graziosa e posizionata in un luogo incantevole da cui si vede ed ascolta il mare. Dotata di tutto il necessario e’ funzionale ad una vacanza di vero relax dato il silenzio e la pace da cui e’ circondata. Si trova vicinissima al centro di Santa Maria di Leuca a cui si arriva tramite una strada panoramica che ti accoglie con lo splendido Faro della città! Abbiamo trovato la villetta pulita ed in ordine. Molto comoda la doccia esterna. Ammodernerei un po’ l’arredo esterno e istallerei un Wi-Fi per l’interno della casa che, da questo punto di vista, e’ un vero bunker dove nessun gestore consente la linea dati…purtroppo anche in vacanza non e’ sempre possibile essere disconnessi per problemi di reperibilità!
Gentilissima la proprietaria, persona squisita ed accogliente. Nessun problema da segnalare.

Tolles Steinhaus mit super Meerblick
Wir waren eine Woche in diesem tollen Steinhaus. Wir kamen am späten Abend an und wurden herzlich von Caterina und Diego in Empfang genommen. Am nächsten Morgen hat uns der Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer direkt in seinen Bann gezogen. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen sorglosen Urlaub benötigt. Es gibt mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, die gesamte Gartenanlage mit all den Olivenbäumen war richtig klasse. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zum Glück bei 33 Grad sehr gut. Die Terrasse und der Meerblick waren einfach herrlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem und können dieses Haus nur jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Diego und Caterina für die nette Begrüßung.
