"The room was okay, nothing special, but it was clean. There’s nothing nearby at all, so you definitely need a car. Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled."

"I stayed here on a whim. I’m a 43 year old Canadian (female & mother) travelling completely unplanned day-to-day and prefer “off the beaten path” this place was actually amazing! Such a welcomed posh, beautiful, sophisticated spot! Staff were so lovely! I can not recommend a stay here enough! Every detail was amazing! Worth every cent! (Food and wine was exquisite too!)"

"This is a very old, but quaint property. The room was large and the en suite bathroom was also large. We arrived just after a snow storm. The village and surrounding area was beautiful. The house was almost as warm as te welcome and friendliness of Mario the owner. "
