The apartment features a desk with a chair and a monitor to which a laptop can be connected, making it ideal for business travelers. Fast internet is a given, ensuring a work-friendly environment.

The apartment is allergy-friendly, with no carpets or curtains. The bed and upholstery are cleaned with a mite vacuum cleaner, and the bathroom and toilet are steamed.
