"We stayed in the Neptune cabin (4) adults. Clean, quiet, hot shower. The property had lots of activities to keep us entertained… bowling, darts, pool table fooseball and ping pong. "

The Termas building is separate and is a bit outdated but I liked the circuit and different treatments I had there. It’s not a Spa in the conventional sense, but I was expecting that. "The staff has no courteousy whatsoever and the bed was absolutely uncomfortable and the bed sheet was not clean at all. They even haven't heard about empathy and far away from providing customer service. All they look for is your $$ Again this my opinion and you can give a try and stay and see how awful they are"
