Das gesamte Treppenhaus ist marode, Putz bröckelt in grossen Flächen von der Wand. Schmutzig und voll Spinnenweben. Der erste Eindruck ließ uns zurück schrecken. In der Wohnung waren die Schlafräume und das Wohnzimmer in Ordnung Jedoch gingen 3 der 4 Nachttischlampen nicht. Die vierte leuchtete nur schwach. Waren alle Batterie betrieben. "Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen mit Nähe zu einem Lebensmittelladen (Netto) und zum Pfaffenteich. Die Wohnung ist niedlich eingerichtet und man kann dort super ein paar tolle Tage verbringen, um Schwerin zu erkunden. Mein einziges Manko wäre, dass die Fenster im Schlaf/Wohnbereich zur Straße ausgerichtet sind, sodass es recht laut war. (Auch nach 22 Uhr in der Woche)"
