"Staff was helpful, at check in girl spoke very quickly my husband couldn't keep up but I could. I arrived very tired, had a 15 hour drive to get there. My husband struggled with the stairs which I forgot about when booking the room so that was my fault. We had stayed here twice before and this time was so much cleaner than the last time. Housekeeping is doing a much better job has improved. Breakfast options weren't the best but were okay...waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, eggs,...
