Three bedroom, 1 1/2 bath house for rent on Weiss Lake in beautiful Cherokee County, Alabama. The house is just steps away from the water, complete with year round water and a pier. We are located just outside of the city limits so it is a very quiet and peaceful property. However, we are minutes from town. Several restaurants, Walmart and grocery stores are close by for any needs you may have while on your stay.

This is our 2nd stay at the property and we absolutely love it… plenty of space lots of beautiful windows that face the lake makes for a beautiful view all times of the day and the covered porch is our favorite. The beds are a little bit firm for my liking but overall we are always comfortable.

The home is beautiful and the location is apot on. Megan is a wonderful host. Home has everything you could possibly needd. I highly recommend it and looking forward to coming back. The view of the lake is absolutely gorgeous from the house. Porch is perfect for coffee and relaxation.

Hubs and I booked this Vrbo for our 15th anniversary. We wanted a quiet relaxing time! Thats what we got. Beautiful place, clean place, QUIET PLACE. We did go in the middle of the week as we knew it would be busier on the water way for the weekend. Absolutely loved all the windows. It was sunny and beautiful to wake up and just drink coffee on the porch in quietness and be by the water. Didnt need much from onwers as we had all we needed! Will stay again. Would Absolutely recommend!

Gorgeous

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday here and the house is gorgeous. I loved looking out all of the windows out to the lake, that view was amazing. We enjoyed the dock and my husband and boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and from their kayaks. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a revival for our church and booked this listing for our guest minister and his family. They raved about the lake views and how relaxing and accomodating the house was. Their kids loved the house as well! Highly recommend if you are looking for a house on Weiss Lake!

Immaculate lake house with all the amenities. Cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Furniture and bedding very comfortable. Tons of windows facing the lake. We’ve visited this property several times and will return!

Fantastic, will stay again!!!

The house is beautiful and in a perfect spot for relaxation. It was only 4 miles from my son, so that made it convenient. The owner is very responsive if you need anything or have questions. I did catch some fish off the dock and we enjoyed a nice little fire one evening.

Relaxing Getaway

The lake house was wonderful! Although it was a quick trip, it was very relaxing. All the windows provide a great view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and snapped some great sunset pics from the dock! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you!

Surrounded by water

You can see water from every window, and it is amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and the fire pit. It was relaxing and fun.

Late summer break

Lake house was very clean which is very important to me. The view was fantastic we bought our boat tying up to the dock was easy. Parking a 24’ trailer was a little tricking but we made it work. Neighbors were very nice. Can’t wait to return next summer.😎

Perfect Peaceful Oasis

Beautiful very well maintained lake home. Stunning views from every room. Homely feel and decorated so cute! The pride of the owners is reflected in every space. Do not follow GPS.. follow host directions. Fully stocked kitchen was appreciated. Outdoor spaces for grilling and lounging were amazing! Beds were so comfy! Rain dampened our stay but the comfort of the home made me not want to leave. Close to town but being right on the lake made for a peaceful oasis! Leaving the boat tied to the dock was convenient though the Weiss Lake Boat Launch is 6 minutes by car and 10 minutes by boat. Caught fish directly off the dock! In fact tournament fishermen fished our cove plenty. Owner lays out several suggested activities (state parks, nature walking trails etc) in a binder in the living room-such a nice touch for families who don’t necessarily want to fish the whole time. Plenty of books to read for those rainy days-appreciated the Janet Evanovich series-I’m such a fan! Games for kids. Hope next time we visit the rain give us a break to fish the lake & golf at RTJ Golf Trail Silver Lakes (45 minutes away)! If only the host could control the weather! ;) Just kidding! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us for a little while!

Restful and pleasant experience

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Lake Weiss Waterfront Home. Sitting in the den, with all the windows gives a sense of sitting on the water (you don't see the land, only water - so relaxing). Peaceful and quiet. We cooked all of our meals in the open kitchen and didn't have any reason to leave the house. We sat watching all the wildlife, the great blue heron (we named him Bob) hunted this little cove and visited everyday. A beautiful white egret (Sally) came through often to say hello. The Canadian geese were honking and flying. From humming birds to eastern blue birds, it was simply beautiful. We enjoyed watching the boats, jetskis, and kids being pulled behind boats on their floats. A nice Labor Day weekend experience. Highly recommend this property, the host was quick to respond to any questions, this is a perfect little get away, less than 2 hours from the northern suburbs of Atlanta, we drove from Woodstock. Thank you for offering your home to us.
