About this property

Fisherman’s cabin 2 miles from the water

  • 1 bedroom cabin 2 miles from GTO bait shop and Brown’s Creek boat ramp. The cabin sits on my property. I am a General Manager for a major Hotel Chain. I live in the house next door and I promise you a clean comfortable stay. The cabin offers you plenty of privacy. I furnish linens and will change them every 3 days if requested.
    The cabin is pet friendly 1 dog or cat allowed. If you have questions please reach out to me. It is equipped with 1 full size bed in the bedroom, a pullout sofa bed in the living area, dorm sized fridge/freezer, microwave, shower (no bathtub), HD tv with a Roku and Spectrum cable, WiFi coffeemaker . You can park your boat at the cabin or pull in to my driveway, which is directly beside it, to plug in your boat. I keep an extension cord on the left side for guests to use. The entire property is surrounded by multiple ADT security systems so you can rest and enjoy your stay without worrying about your belongings.
    This cabin isn’t the definition of luxury by any means but it is comfortable and it’s perfect for anyone wanting to stay in a safe area while they explore North Alabama or just come and fish the lake. This cabin was the perfect space for 2 people. It was well stocked with everything we needed and located near Lake Guntersville. It was secluded yet close to all conveniences. Their dogs were precious and they welcomed our dogs as well. Overall, wonderful cabin and we will stay here again.

Fisherman’s cabin was cozy and clean. It was as a quiet place to rest after two very busy days with friends. We would recommend the location very close to Guntersville and the lake as well as good restaurants.

It’s was extremely easy check in process. The property manager was friendly and ensured us if we needed anything to just let her know. The cabin is as advertised, it’s not a huge place but if your looking for a place to relax after fishing this is it.

Nice place to stay

Stayed while fishing for a few days and was very comfortable. Don't let it size full you as it was plenty of space for my wife and I. We will be staying there again.
