"The location is awesome with quick and easy access to shopping, parks, food, transit, bars, Providence Park or the dispensary one block away! Free parking next to downtown is a definite treat, with transit and walking you won't even need your vehicle. The family friendly suites are two bedrooms with a living area and kitchenette, they are pet friendly as well! Bathrooms have working fans which is a big plus with a family! The place was clean and staff friendly. We will definitely be back!"

"Family of three stayed at one night recently and we enjoyed it. The location is great, a few steps to the water front, a relatively quite and nice area in the south of downtown. Stuff is friendly and room is comfortable and clean. "

"Unfortunately we did not have a great experience here. Although the front desk people were very friendly, neither Expedia or the hotel itself warned us there would be road construction right outside our room until 1 am. All the other guests had already asked to change rooms so we were simply offered earplugs which don’t help much when there is jackhammering going on. The hotel was aware of this and should have contacted us since they were putting us on that side of the hotel. Coffee and tea selections were very minimal in the morning in the lobby as well. Usually Expedia includes all fees in their final price. After we checked out the hotel also included another $60 in city taxes. Thankfully Expedia set it right and gave us a refund for the taxes. "

"Pool out of order when we arrived (we booked partly because of the pool) Not clean pool (gum stuck in carpet, etc) Completely run down / dilapidated (broken furniture, no screen in windows, walls/doors ripped up, etc.) Staff - very unhelpful, not even at desk when needed We also had people in the room above us running, jumping and slamming doors from 9:30pm-2:30am. We complained and the staff did nothing. We got almost no sleep which really ruined our trip. Between the noise and the general state of the place we almost opted to sleep in the car! We were booked here two nights but left first thing in the morning after the second night. The front desk was not helpful about getting us a refund because we booked through hotels.com, and so far hotels.com (after more than hour with them on the phone) has not been helpful because supposedly they can’t reach anyone at the hotel property. In 40 years of travel the worst experience!"

"We just needed something close to the VA AND HAD A SMOKING ROOM AND ACCESS FOR MY BROTHER. IT IS A SINGLE LEVEL AND HAD PLENTY OF CLOSE FOOD, fuel and a 7-11 right behind it. It was also the most affordable place I could find with 2 full beds. "
