Property with capacity for four adults and one child (maximum). With contemporary and minimalist décor, designed for guest comfort and well-being, this apartment offers all the facilities needed for a wonderful holiday in Madeira, whether for work or leisure.

The flat includes a living area, television with cable channels, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, an outdoor patio, and a bathroom with shower. There is a balcony connecting the living room and one of the bedrooms. The building has a shared entrance and is located on Rua da Alegria, near the Plaza Madeira Shopping Centre. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Please note: the building has stairs and no private parking.

AREA
Located in Funchal city center, the building is within walking distance of downtown and main points of interest: restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Municipal Garden, Funchal Marina, and Municipal Theatre. The city center offers information on a wide range of activities, from cultural to nature-related.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to reach the property is by transfer—ask us to book with our local partners for a better rate than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app will find the address easily. There are bus stops nearby.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions and do our best to reply to all requests. We also provide an app for guests with important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on the property.

ATTENTION
A Tourist Fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. You will receive a link to pay this municipal tax upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
