The Place Funchal View, a Home in Madeira

The Place Funchal View is a modern, air-conditioned apartment in Funchal's amphitheatre, for up to three people, with a balcony and views of the mountains, the city and the sea.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a residential building with a garden, a pool with a sun deck and free private parking in the basement, with an electric vehicle charging point.

The apartment has an area of 107 m² and comprises a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a bedroom with a single bed (90 × 200 cm), a living room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony.

It also includes a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, a heater, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), a TV with international channels and other amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The apartment is in Funchal's amphitheatre, near the Barreiros Stadium.

350 m from the building there is a café, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a restaurant.

It is 950 m from the Continente supermarket, 2.1 km from the Lido swimming complex, 2.4 km from Funchal Marina and 3 km from Mercado dos Lavradores.

There are bus stops next to the building and easy access by car to Funchal's main roads and the motorway to discover the island.



⚠️ PLEASE NOTE

The building's pool is not heated, but it is open all year round, except during maintenance.

The apartment is in a high-density residential area with shops and services, where there may be traffic noise, mainly during the day and with the windows open.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

If you have special needs or allergies, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether we are able to accommodate them.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
