The Bay View is a lovely apartment located in the centre of Funchal. Its close proximity to the centre (10-15 minute walk), and all major motorways, make this the ideal place to holiday in. It has 3 bedrooms: 1 double room and 2 twin rooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with a bath tub, the other with a shower) and 1 guest toilet, a living/dinning area, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and a great balcony overlooking the pool, with a view of FunchalÂŽs bay as well as the mountains. We are waiting for you!

The Bay View is a lovely apartment located in the centre of Funchal. Its close proximity to the centre (10-15 minute walk), and all major motorways, make this the ideal place to holiday in. It is located in a quiet residential area. It is ideal for family holidays, friend get togethers, or simply for 2

Wonderful!

Apartment was very spacious with a fantastic outdoor area. The view was wonderful. Very comfortable beds. Everything needed is in the apartment. Very quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful stay!

We spent two weeks at the Bayview and it was wonderful! Plenty of space for everyone (4 adults & 2 kids) - the apartment was clean and well-maintained, the pool and hot tub enjoyable and the rental comes with two cars spots in the garage. Zero problems with the wifi. Our favorite place to eat and relax was on the patio with a great view of Funchal and the mountains. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the port, although be warned it’s quite uphill. We often took a taxi back at the end of the day (only about 5 €)

Great location & beautiful apartment

Beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk to the marina, shops and restaurants. There is also an underground car park assigned to the apartment - in the case of renting a car. In the kitchen, everything you need - including a washing machine and a dishwasher. A home away from home. A small welcome pack (tea, coffee, water) for those arriving late in the evening would be a nice touch.

TrÚs agréable appartement, lumineux et calme, dans une résidence à 5mn du centre de Funchal

Tout. Espace, luminositĂ©, vue sur jardin avec une trouĂ©e sur la baie, calme et raffinement de l’emplacement. TrĂšs bel appartement spacieux ~ 140 m2 bien distribuĂ©s et ouvrant sur un balcon terrasse ~ 60 m2. Excellents matelas. Une console ou petit bureau dans la grande chambre, pour pouvoir s’isoler pour consulter son ordinateur. Placer des feutres sur les socles des lits jumeaux dont les sommiers grincent dans leur structure. (DĂšs mes 60kg)

Die Wohnung ist hell und sehr gerĂ€umig. Zwei Badezimmer und das zusĂ€tzliche GĂ€ste - WC sind ein Luxus. Der Balkon mit Esstisch und Sitzecke ist sehr gemĂŒtlich. Die KĂŒche verfĂŒgt ĂŒber alle modernen GerĂ€te, so dass man sich in dieser Wohnung nur wohlfĂŒhlen kann.

Appartement neuf, trÚs bien équipé, trÚs agréable et avec une trÚs belle vue sur la Baie de Funchal

Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able, nous y avons passĂ© une trĂšs belle semaine en famille. Nous avons pris tous les jours le petit-dĂ©jeuner sur la terrasse, c'Ă©tait gĂ©nial. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, Nespresso, grille-pain, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, table Ă  repasser, tout est lĂ . En revanche, le wi-fi et la tĂ©lĂ©vision ne fonctionnaient pas les 3 derniers jours. De plus, la rĂ©sidence est encore un peu en travaux, c'est la raison pour laquelle la piscine intĂ©rieure et la salle de sport n'Ă©taient pas disponibles la semaine oĂč nous y Ă©tions... C'est dommage, d'autant que la piscine extĂ©rieure est certes jolie mais l'eau y est vraiment gelĂ©e. Autrement, l'emplacement est idĂ©al pour partir Ă  la dĂ©couverte de MadĂšre en voiture, ou sinon on peut marcher et rejoindre le centre-ville Ă  pied en 10 minutes. Il y a d'ailleurs un centre commercial avec un magasin d'alimentation oĂč faire ses courses Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied de l'appartement. Globalement, nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine !
