Loved the position - quiet street near to restaurants & marina😁🌿 Well equipped clean appartment. However, communication was bad - the owner did not let us know the two key codes to gain access.

I loved the location. Perfect. It would have been better if there had been someone here when I arrived. Key process an issue. Bedding is not good...bed slats kept falling out. Better to have a double bed with decent bedding. Overall though..fab holiday

Problème de propreté

L'appartement était très sale. On a retrouvé des faux cils des personnes qui ont séjourné avant nous , des amas de poussières... Mon amie a fais des crises d'asthmes . Pas assez d'équipements (une bouilloire, un micro onde , un frigo ). Équipements en mauvais état , cuvettes cassées, l'eau ne coule que très peu. On se lavais avec un filet d'eau . Literie pas très propre, fourmies dans tout l'appartement même dans les lits . Compliqué de joindre le propriétaire, obligé de relancer pour avoir une réponse . On a demandé un fer à repasser on l'a eu au bout de 2 jours et il était défectueux. Cependant très bien placé car accès à tout à pied . Mais ne prévoyez pas de grasses matinées car l'appartement se situe dans une rue où il y a tous les restaurants. Les commerçants commence le bruit a partir de 4h du matin .

Wonderful Time in Central Funchal

It's location is excellent: easy access to the promenade and to the centre of town. The apartment is well kept, and Joao, the owner is very friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending the apartment.
