The loft is part of a small building with several apartments that share a garden, courtyard, and an outdoor pool (unheated). The location in São Gonçalo is quiet and elevated, about a 10-minute drive from city centre Funchal and a short drive from Palheiro Golf. Free street parking is available nearby.

No Parties or Events: We kindly ask that you respect the apartment and neighbors by not hosting any parties or events. No guests. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, only the individuals listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the apartment. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval. This ensures that everyone enjoys a safe and pleasant experience at our place. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexibility, please contact us in advance. Keys: Please take good care of the keys during your stay. Lost keys may incur a replacement fee. Respect for Neighbors: Please be mindful of noise levels, particularly when using the balcony. Let’s maintain a friendly atmosphere in the building. Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash in the designated bins located as described in the trash section. Help us keep the space clean! Balcony Use: Enjoy the balcony, but please avoid placing anything on the railing and ensure the door is securely closed when not in use. No Pets: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in the apartment. Security: Always lock the doors when leaving the apartment to ensure your belongings are safe.
