How about spending your vacation in a charming country house just minutes from the city and all major tourist attractions? While the city center buzzes with fast-paced life, the high zones near the mountains offer a peaceful, rural atmosphere. In this small villa, composed of three lovely stone-walled houses surrounded by gardens, you can enjoy tranquility and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Funchal. Each house is named after a native tree and features a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Maximum capacity: two people.

Neighborhood Overview:
Located in the calm and quiet Choupana area, you’ll find a restaurant just 2 minutes away by car, a bakery 5 minutes away, and a supermarket 10 minutes away near the city center. The city center itself is only a 15-minute drive. The area offers easy access to all parts of the island via municipal roads and the highway. Renting a car is the best way to explore at your own pace.

Getting Around:
We recommend arranging a transfer with our local partners for the best value. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily guide you to the property.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the house.

Interaction with Guests:
We are always available to assist you via mobile or email and will do our best to meet your needs.

Other Observations:
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior to arrival).
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Crib, high chair, and baby bathtub available on request. First aid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket are provided.

Attention:
A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (ages 13 and up), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. You will receive a payment link upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
