Modern and charming 3 bedroom villa, with decoration in elegant earth tones, located in a sunny and very quiet area. House with three bedrooms (2 double beds and two single beds), with air conditioning and private bathrooms, two of them with shower and another with shower and bath.
Property with plenty of natural light, fully equipped kitchen, access to the outside and in a shared space with the living room and dining area. Social bathroom available in this area. It provides a small nook with children's furniture for children, as well as a work area with access to the outside.
The garden is the ex-libris, which offers different seating areas for different moments throughout the stay. A swimming pool, solarium space, children's area with a little house, swings and slide, barbecue, a dining table and a pleasant and inviting seating area. The sea view is the extra and deserves to be enjoyed from the balcony of the bedrooms.
This property is prepared to host a maximum of 6 people.

AREA
Property located in a distinguished area of Funchal, very quiet, sunny, close to the Piornais and Praia Formosa, which are a 4-minute drive away. The Forum Madeira shopping centre, which has several international brands and restaurants, is a 7-minute drive away.
In addition to the nearby options, you can also go to Funchal city centre (10 minutes drive) where you will find a wider variety of restaurants.
Also be aware that in the centre of Funchal there are several tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address.

You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
