Great stay, clean and great location. Very spacious apartment and responsive host
Altough be careful it advertises parking available on request and a washer and dryer there is no parking and no dryer…but drying rack is availble. I VERY creaky floors, no one above us but i felt terrible for the people under us everytime i walked, even on tippy toes it was uncontrollable….

We had to wait outside of the apartment for over an hour and a half past check in time because the room was not ready and there were actively cleaning staff in the space. We were told to wait at a local coffee shop but had just brought all our luggage up to the stairs and did not want to leave all our belongings with strangers. The staff seemed lovely but that felt too high risk. We were just told too bad and that it wasn’t the property managers fault.

When we arrived the entire flat was toxic- it smelled of paint fumes.it was late on a Sunday so we opened all of the windows and assumed that perhaps something was painted earlier in the day. The next day we went out early and found that a painter had painted our door frame with oil based paints and painted the trim in the hallway of the flats and did not ventilate anything. We asked him to stop, wrote to the manager who said he would speak with management but each day of our stay was toxic with painting going on and now one informing us. We woke with headaches, sore throats and spent time writing for nothing- no one cared and we had to keep windows open all day in January. This was a cash grab and should not have rented to us- I would not trust this management- they do not care about their tenants and put our health at risk.we were polite, patient and informed them of our issues and they did not care. The room rules also suggested that we ask for a parking voucher for our car for reduced parking- when I asked they ahead me send them a picture of where I had read that and after I had sent it they said - no we don’t do that.
- even though it clearly stated that reduced parking was available-overall this manager was not caring and seemed to know about the painting before we arrived and did ot care. the fumes were toxic and our stay made us sick.
