Our designer apartment with sea views, an idyllic garden, and direct beach access is your ideal base for exploring the flower island of Madeira. Completed in 2025, the "Acqua Residences" complex is situated in one of Funchal's most desirable locations, perched on a cliff above Praia Formosa, offering unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean. A special highlight is the private elevator that takes you directly to the Praia Formosa beach promenade.

All rooms have direct access to a balcony with a partial sea view.
