The main bedroom has a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom. There are two more bedrooms with single beds (100 x 200 cm) and a small bedroom with a single bed (95 x 200 cm) and a pull-out bed (90 x 200 cm), as well as two more bathrooms.There is a large living room with access to the balcony, sofa, dining table and full kitchen.The apartment is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.LOCATIONThe apartment is located in the main tourist area of Funchal, next to the Lido. The airport Aerobus stops 200 meters from the building's entrance.By car, there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the expressway to discover the island.REMARKSCleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food waste and keep food well packaged.People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when traveling around the island.There are building works nearby, with potential noise during the day on weekdays. However, the windows and doors have good soundproofing, and the disturbance is reduced when they are closed.Repairs are underway on the pool and therefore use of the pool is temporarily prohibited.An increase in the number of guests means a price increase of up to 10% per person.CONDITIONS1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.4.
