Fantastic place

Very clean, we had everything we needed to. Close to the centre of Funchal, lovely park nearby with playground and beautiful views to relax. Shopping centre just 7 minutes away walking. We had an amzing time. Christmas in Funchal is magical. The owner of apartment very kind and helpfull nothing was a trouble. We will definitely come back. Thank you xx

The apartment was in a great location, within walking distance of restaurants, supermarket and bus stops. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great value apartment in a great location.Plenty of restaurants/ bars and cafes nearby and only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the old town/cable car For an very friendly authentic Portuguese cafe try Maravilhas Regional just a couple of minutes walk up the road.Also a 5 minute walk down the not too steep hill is a shopping centre with a Pingo Doce supermarket in the basement.Apartment is well equipped for self catering including a full size fridge freezer , microwave/ grill , 4 burner hob plus kettle and toaster, Rosa also provided some basic kitchen essentials such as washing up liquid, cloths and kitchen towels which was great, there was even a washing machine that we didn’t use but very useful for longer stays or if you are traveling. Rosa offered us free complimentary pick up and drop off at the airport which made our arrival and departure stress free. Thank you Rosa for an amazing stay in Funchal.

Amazing!

Rosa is really punctual and provides you shuttle to the airport for free. The flat is amazing, clean, close to everything. I strongly recommend it if you want to cook or just chill out. 10/10. I will be back for sure.

If you are looking for a local place to stay other than a hotel, this is it. The apartment is close enough to the "old town" to make it walkable. It's as advertised, and pictures are accurate. It's close to the Casino but we didn't notice any excessive noise. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The apartment was clean, and our host Rosa was exceptional. Rosa is one of the best we have ever worked with, extremely prompt in responding to any inquires and was very accommodating. We would be happy to stay here again. Thanks for everything Rosa, you're the best!!!!

Das Appartement lieg nahe am Catarinapark in Funchal.Es liegt nicht an einem Nationalpark. Es gibt viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Trotzdem ist essehr ruhig dort. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gut zu er-reichen.

Boa estadia para visitar o Funchal e a Madeira

Apartamento bem localizado de serviços. Próximo da zona hoteleira, mas também próximo da zona histórica do Funchal (20min, máximo).Estadia para dormir e tomar banho perfeita para os 4. Estivemos dois adultos no quarto e 2 crianças no sofá cama. Não é um hotel. É um espaço mais pequeno mas é uma ótima opção para quem pretende conhecer o Funchal e a Madeira por um fim-de-semana ou uma semana. Excelente relação qualidade preço.

Está numa excelente localização para quem gosta do Funchal e é bastante barato. Tem um problema grande de estacionamento porque é a pagar e mesmo assim nem sempre conseguimos perto de casa. A casa era agradável e estava limpa mas os electrodomésticos não funcionavam mto bem. Ainda assim usámos pouco então nao tivemos problemas. Pudemos fazer check in e check out mais tarde, o que nos facilitou a vida.
