Both bedrooms in this property has a built-in sound system, air conditioning, and an electric blind for added convenience.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a range of utensils, allowing you to prepare your meals just like at home.

Guests have exclusive access to the building's rooftop terrace, where they can enjoy a sunbathing area with comfortable loungers, an outdoor shower, and a jacuzzi. There is also a kitchenette available for added convenience.

Funchal City Council has implemented a tourist tax, effective October 1st, 2024.The amount to be charged is €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt.

This year, probably due to climate change, we´ve noticed a higher mosquito presence at the summer months..
At very first, we used to provide repellent, but several guests took it with them for their next stay, making it unsustainable for us. Therefore, we recommend our guets to bring their own repellent according to sensitivity and needs.

-Information for SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) should be sent when requested. We have the right to refuse entry if this information is not provided.

-People who are not part of the reservation are not allowed in the house without the host's permission.

-NEVER leave the key in the lock on the inside of the door. If the door closes accidentally, it will no longer be possible to open it with another key. In this case, a service must be requested at the guest's expense.

-Each set of lost keys will incur a fee of 50€. In the event that the garage door opener is also lost, an additional charge of 60€ will be applied.

-After check-out / before each check-in, a check-list is used to identify any damage or anomalies that may exist. Damages caused during your stay due to carelessness or misuse will be charged accordingly.

-Please ensure that you don´t accumulate garbage inside the apartment to prevent the development of unpleasant odors and mosquitoes.

-Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. As a consequence, we need to apply very strong chemical products and spend three times more energy and water trying to avoid discarding these pieces, which is unsustainable and non environmentally friendly.

-Keep the apartment clean and tidy and take good care of the furniture and equipment. Please do not move the furniture from it's original position.

-Shoes should remain in the entrance hall, especially after a hike in the mountains.

-TERRACE RULES: When there is no one on the terrace, please ensure to:

-Always lock the access door to the terrace.

-Close the kitchenette door using the remote control.

-Keep the remote control in the box in the drawer of the wooden bench as it is very sensitive.

-Close the parasol and attach it to the balcony as you found it.

-To remove the Jacuzzi cover, remove the 4 clips first. Never try to lift the cover without unfastening the clips. Do not pull the jacuzzi cover by the clips.

-Ensure that the Jacuzzi is never left uncovered. Make sure that all 4 clips are securely closed.

-Always fasten the lounger cushions securely so that they do not blow away in the wind.
