"Nice multi-level property with a rooftop terrace that provides a great view of Funchal. Management was quick and responsive. Be aware that if the weather is hot there’s no AC. They provided a room AC that worked for the bottom floor, and fans for the other two bedrooms…but it was warm for sleeping…but otherwise really enjoyed our stay!"

The villa is located in a very quiet area, the stay was in perfect peace (the occasional and distant dog barking is not disturbing at all and the neighbors' dogs are completely calm). It's almost a miracle that the villa is also a few minutes drive from the centre of Funchal, also a large supermarket with groceries, meat, fish and everything you need and also a great starting point for any trip. "Das Objekt war für uns eine Notlösung, da das eigentlich gebuchte Objekt 2 Wochen vorher storniert wurde. Das Haus hat Flair & ist komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem. Jedoch war man auf eine Buchung zu Silvester nicht vorbereitet: Es standen keine Mülltonnen bereit und das Haus schien winterfest gemacht worden zu sein. Alles in allem haben wir uns aber wohlgefühlt und sind dankbar, dass wir noch aufgenommen wurden."

The city centre was easy to access on foot or by the bus which had a stop not more than 200 metres from the gate. When we rented a vehicle the main highway(VR 1) was easily accessed within 3 to 5 minutes. The place was well appointed for long stays, the beds were very comfortable and the house was very secure.
