"The room was very out of date and needed some upkeep. The staff was amazing, breakfast was good and beds really nice. I think if they just try to do a little updating and deep cleaning it would be amazing."

"This house was perfect for our stay! It's nestled in the small town of Brooklyn and the perfect place for us to lay our heads after a long day at the Iowa game. It had all the space we needed and more. Amber was a very accommodating host and quick to respond. Definitely would recommend this property!"

"Wasn't sure what to expect before going. It was a little further out than I was thinking but very peaceful. Haaf three units labeled so easy to know which one you were going to. Had to call the host and answered right away. Very helpful."

"The Tiny House was a cute little place to stay. The location is very convenient to downtown Grinnell. The interior was neat, simple, and covered the basics. The view looking over the little meadow and farm land was beautiful and peaceful. The bed in the loft was comfortable and cozy. For people with physical challenges it may be too difficult to maneuver up and down the stairs, but there is a futon couch that converts into a small bed. Overall we had a nice stay at the Tiny House."
