"I felt like the hotel was nice and a good value, but the air conditioner didn't work as well as I would have liked. The shower was amazing and the bed pretty good for China. Be aware the airport shuttle doesn't start running until 8:30 in the morning!! We didn't try the breakfast buffet but they did send a packed breakfast with us for our early flight. "

"Lanzhou is the land of smokers and the hotel does little to control people who choose to smoke in the lobby, the elevators, the rooms. Great hotel but just can’t get away from the smoke. "

"Because of airplane delay I asked the manager to change my reservation into the next day, he accepted it. This hotel is located at the city center and it is very convenient to have dinner around. Across the street, there is a bus station in which we can go to the south station and wr can get on the express bus. Also breakfast is served."
