The customer service was sub par, always felt like I was bugging the employee for simple amenities, cleanliness was below average, q-tips left on the floor from the previous tenant, didn’t like that fact that the employee tried looking in our room while bringing towels and blankets, there was a smell of food being cooked that was highly unpleasant underneath coming from the room under us, it mainly come through the bathroom side of the room, after a long day out, it was not pleasant to walk into the room and have it smell like someone has been cooking all day in there. Definitely not going to reserve a room again at that location

Lady gave us a room and the room wasn’t even made. The sheets were so thin and everything except the shower was just so uncomfortable

It was ok for a Motel setting. Stayed in the new Jacuzzi room wasn't to bad. Water took forever to fill up as it ran out slow. There is a weird whole in the bathroom wall so there was not privacy for people using the bathroom. There was no microwave but there was a fridge.

Our recent stay
Lobby staffer was rude and seem bothered. Provided no info in regards to our stay. Just gave me the keys and said the room number. Usually most places at least tell you what side of the property the room is in. When we got into our room, it was not at all what was pictured at booking. The pictures showed a room with a jacuzzi. Our did not come with a jacuzzi. It did have the king bed that was advertised. But there were stains and hair in and on the bedding. The floor was sticky as well. People have commented that the walls are very thin and that’s true. We heard everything all night. If you need a cheap place to shower and change this place would do the job if there is nothing else around. We did a late booking and this was all that was available. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

The lobby guy was super nice and easy to talk to. Asked for more toiletries and they were speedy with bringing it to our room. Easy access to freeway. Once we checked out they asked us if we had any issues or concerns that we had with our stay! Would definitely come back.

First night, which was a Friday, there was a neighborhood party about a block from the hotel had the loud bass music that kept me awake until 3:30 am. Ask the manager about it and did nothing about it. Homeless people sleeping on hotel mattresses that where left out in the corner of the parking lot. New remodeled room but caulking mess on door jams. Needed to be cleaned as it scraped right off easily. yes, I cleaned part of the door jam myself. Needed to upgrade technology as every time you placed your key card next to your phone you had to take the key card back to get reset to open your door. TV did not work all the time. Lobby was locked all the time. No breakfast. Ice machine was .25 to fill small bucket. No room service all three days. Trash can was full. no bed made up. And now I am having trouble getting the deposit back on my room charge. They are not answering their phone at 8am.

Chose this property truly because my friend was already staying there. Upon going to check in after our day at Disneyland and multiple points of contact to the front desk that we would like to have rooms next to each other we end up getting put on the opposite sides of the motel. I was given a room on the first floor and told the front desk I don't do first floor rooms. I realized this was taking us a while and there was a couple waiting behind us so I turned around and apologized for how long it was taking and they said, "Oh don't worry we're just trying to get a refund and get out of here. It's so disgusting we can't stay and we already got another hotel." I asked them what the problems they were having and they told me the first room they got put in had bugs and the second room was disgusting. My friend asked what rooms and the bug infestation was in the first floor room I had just been given! We went to check out the second room given to us to give them the benefit of the doubt and it was obviously dirty. Sticky surfaces with food residue, stained & scratchy towels, and an obviously dirty floor. We turned around immediately and asked for a refund and were told, "there's nothing I can do." Thankful for Expedia & their good service for helping rectify this situation but don't stay here.

Overall was a great stay! The only complaint I have is the excessive noise from workers or other tenants staying here as well. I didn’t sleep that well due to the loud talking outside my door.

as soon as we got into the room it was disgusting. Room was dirty, has a really bad smell, showers were also dirty saw hair in the shower also very small. Ended up canceling and booked somewhere else. Not recommend for anyone with family.

I thought things were going to be alright as some reviews were horrific and others saying they loved it. I was prepared to take the risk, but didn't realize awful things were going to be. The lobby isn't a lobby, it's a window hole with workers who don't care about their customers. They currently have a pile of beds hanging out in their parking lot, at least 10+ which already screams get me out of here. The bed in our room was uncomfortable on top of a metal frame that doesn't help the beds softness. They had a zippered mattress cover that you can clearly tell hasn't been removed or cleaned because there was SO much hair on it. The chair in the room is a death trap. Using the TV as a perk in their listing is a joke. To top it all off, on a Thursday night we were awoken by a group of people partying out of their car for over an hour starting at 11pm right outside our room. Cops drove by and waved at them. I know that the price might have you tempted, but it's not worth it.

We arrived at 8:30 pm the inside was already closed so we checked in through the outside window. The man asked for my id and credit card didn’t attempt to make small talk gave us our room key and sent us on our way without even telling us where the room was. We get into the room and it is “remolded” but not in great shape. There is no wash clothes, or tissue. Literally 2 towels that were so worn that hardly dried our body . The room was not super clean. The blinds didn’t shut all the way and the outside light came in all night. Our door had a large crack on it so you could hear all the noise outside. I was glad we only stayed one night. Do not recommend

My husband and I were hesitant because of prior reviews, but after staying there it was extremely pleasant. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, although the area is not the greatest the hotel on its own was safe and calm. The bed was comfortable and they had body moisturizer along with shampoo and conditioner and body wash that for once didn’t dry my hair or skin like hotel soap normally does. Overall a good experience for my family and I.

Although the place was remodeled, There was a lot of cracks on the wall, dirty door, and bathroom. We got to the room, I need to use the restroom. There was very little toilet paper. Area was okay however, a lot of people who were staying the same place as us were super nosy. Some of them were smoking weed next door and the smell went to our room. The price was good deal but you get what you paid for.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We ended up having to move hotels because they were doing construction (welding) under our room and it was impossible to breath, then they shut off our water without telling us, and then the beds had piss stains and the other had bedbugs, cigarette burns, and the blankets were discussing and dirty and had crusty unclean things on them and obviously had not been cleaned. I am absolutely appalled, worst hotel I’ve stayed at and most traumatic experience I’ve had at a hotel. Staff was rude and uncommunicative and refused to give us first nights deposit back even though we were there for three hours max.

The heater did not work in the room I notified management and they tried fixing but it didn't work 2 nights with out a heater. Room was not properly cleaned I was told I would get compensated for our discomfort but still not a thing. I also got a nail in my tire from their construction equipment on the parking lot.

The place wasn’t what we saw in the picture. When you walk in it smells so much as Fabulous , the place was so dirty the bed was a foldable bed with handles on the sides, the mattress felt like plastic with a metal mattress box. In the bathroom there was hair in the shower. The towels looked used as if they were never washed only put in the dryer.
