    Need a great home base for all that SoCal has to offer?
    - Pool table, bicycles
    - Fenced in back yard, Barbeque Grill, Sofa, and Fruit Trees
    - Fully equipped kitchen & walkable to Stater Bros grocery store
    - 5 minutes to downtown Fullerton
    - Smart TV with Netflix and Board Games
    - Single Story - only 3 stairs to front door
    - 900 sq ft inside; 5750 sq ft lot
    - Crib, highchair, and games included
    - Washer/Dryer access

    The Space:
    - The inside of the house is on the smaller side, but cozy and comfortable
    - The unfinished garage has a pool table, washer/dryer, and bicycles
    - Orange Tree and Macadamia Nut Tree in the back yard
    - Extremely Safe Neighborhood - Rated "Very Walkable" on Walkscore
    - Parking for 3 vehicles + in driveway
    - We clean with bleach to make sure every inch of the space is sanitized

    The Neighborhood:
    The friendly, safe, and quiet neighborhood of Fullerton offers many boutique restaurants that offer delivery and take out. The neighbors are all families, mostly with children, and we just ask that you observe quiet hours; no parties are allowed. If you crave nature, Laguna Lake is a scenic escape where locals go biking and the Arboretum houses some beautiful waterfalls.

    Getting Around:
    Getting around is easy with ridesharing apps like Uber. Many restaurants, cafes, and shops are within walking distance, or you could go for a ride on one of the bicycles in the garage.

    We offer to have our team come as often as you'd like to help with anything you need during your stay. Our team always wears a mask and gloves and is conscious of cleanliness. We provide a living wage to our crew and pricing tiers are as follows:

    b. Laundry/Linen Cleaning Service: $25
    c. Clean the Dishes: $25

    Interaction with Guests:
    I am here for you during our stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a call or text away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival

Great place to stay with my small dog and cat for a week of Rush concerts at Kia Forum! The rooms were nice and the place was clean. Nice shower and bathroom. Nice kitchen. Quiet neighborhood to go walking the dog and exercising. Washer/dryer was very nice. Air conditioners were great when Fullerton got hot. Nice restaurants and groceries nearby. The orange tree in the backyard had great tasting oranges! Thank you for a great stay!
