"They only cleaned our room twice in 5 days. We let them know, and they said, so sorry 😔. We told them on the 1st night we didn't have hot water. The maintenance guy said he didn't know how to fix it. The room was worn and old. We asked them to bring us another blanket and the one they brought was absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend staying here. The manager Ruth was nice, and the kitchen staff were great. The breakfast was adequate and included which was nice."

"This hotel is just ok. The rooms seemed clean-ish though severely outdated with many items not working properly including the lock on my first rooms door. The shower heads were green with hard water stains, the walls were paper thin, and the elevators were a bit concerning with noises and shaking. For the price point in this area is was just ok but honestly it is not somewhere I would stay again and in fact would likely avoid even if the only option. However, the staff was lovey and helpful. So that definitely increased my overall rating."

"The breakfast was lacking, what was supposed to be french toast was bread with cinnamon on it. However, the room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and water temperature. All in all, it was a good stay."

"I had to do the housekeeping myself the whole stay. Went and got my own towels to swap out as well as TP and it was only cleaned and or towels replaced once. Not happy about that! I called the day before and was ensured it was the day I was getting housekeeping but it did not happen. After running the Boston marathon and not having clean towels or even TP is pretty disappointing and exhausting that I had to do it myself. I even gathered the towels that needed to be swapped out every day but did me no good."

"It was little things—. No refrigerator in room leads you to meandering all over the property looking for a well hidden ice machine. Wall mounted toiletries great idea, but shampoo and conditioner were both empty— so, none of that to be had while IN the shower. I just expected a better room for the cost"
