Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig und der Aufenthalt hat allen mitreisenden Zwei- und Vierbeinern gut gefallen. Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wir waren als Familie vor Ort und haben ein Wochenende dort verbracht. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war Sauber und ordentlich. Absprachen mit dem Vermieter wurden eingehalten. Passt.

Solide Unterkunft mit kleinen Schwächen

Wir waren mit 13 Personen über ein Wochenende in der Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft waren alle gebuchten Betten bezogen und der erste Eindruck war sauber, insbesondere die Bäder! Leider ist die Sauberkeit in der Küche und auch auf dem ein oder anderen Bettlaken nicht gegeben gewesen. Das war sehr schade. In der Küche sind viele Kochbestecke sehr verdreckt gewesen, sodass wir sie in der Spülmaschine und händisch säubern mussten, um sie überhaupt nutzen zu können. Ansonsten war die Küche in der Grundausstattung gut aufgestellt, sodass die Gruppe problemlos wirtschaften konnte (Teller, Gläser, Tassen, Kaffeemaschine, Besteck etc.) Das Haus an sich ist sehr groß. Die Bäder sind mit Wannendusche und WC, sowie Fenster ausgestattet. Für alle Personen gab es ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Letztere sind teilweise eher unbequem, aber für ein Wochenende war dies kein Problem. Die Betten hingegen waren sehr bequem, ebenso das uns zur Verfügung gestellte Bettzeug.

Sehr gute Location für ein großes Familientreffen. Wir hatten viel Spaß. Tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung, leckerer Pizzaservice direkt vor der Haustür und die Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was man braucht um alle zufrieden zu stellen.

Schöne saubere Zimmer und ein hübsches Wohnzimmer! Leider sehr viele Treppen und keine funktionierende Heizung in allen 3 Badezimmer!

Durchschnittliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Der Check-in und die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war hervorragend. Sie haben alle unsere Fragen zeitnah beantwortet. Das Apartment war sauber, aber unsere Erwartungen bei der Ankunft wurden nicht ganz erfüllt, weil die Bilder der Wohnung nicht ganz den Zustand der Einrichtungen in der Wohnung wiedergibt (Beispiele: Küchengeräte sind verrostet und abgenutzt; Rotes Sofa im Gemeinschaftsbereich komplett abgenutzt - sollte ersetzt werden; Parkettboden gefährlich rutschig - sehr gefährlich für Kinder; Badezimmer müssen aufgefrischt werden; usw.) Die Schlafzimmer sind jedoch sehr gemütlich und entspannend. Wir würden diesen Ort jedoch nur empfehlen, wenn das Budget eine wesentliche Einschränkung ist. Für diejenigen, die ebenfalls Qualität suchen, gibt es sicherlich qualitativ bessere Ferienwohnungen für etwas mehr Geld.

Geräumig und sauber

Wir waren vollumfänglich mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Sie besticht durch sehr geräumige Zimmer und der ruhigen Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
