Excellent hotel. Our traditional room had a large window with amazing views of the sea and sunrise. The icing on the cake is the spectacular 9th floor roof bath

Very nice traditional Japanese hotel within 5 minutes walking distance from the Tourist Information Center if you took the public bus. I stayed in a Japanese style room with ocean view and slept on futon laid on tatami. Dinner and breakfast were included in the room rate, and the food was pretty good (kind of in fine-dining style). They have shuttle bus service from and to Fukuyama Station so be sure to take advantage of it. The welcome drink that they serve when you check in was nice.

Hotel with an amazing view at a quaint seaside

The hotel was truly remarkable! While some areas, especially the bathroom, could use some renovation, it was exceptionally clean, and the view was simply breathtaking. The dinner was an absolute delight! Although I am not usually a fan of rice, it was so soft and fluffy that I could not resist having another bowl. The amenities, such as the sauna and public onsen, were fantastic. If you ever find yourself in the charming town of Tomonoura or even Fukuyama, I would highly recommend staying here. Lastly, the staff and service were truly exceptional.

5階以上のプラス料金でとても素晴らしい景色で絵画のように感じ感動しました。 お部屋への案内の際に露天風呂は寒いのでやっていないと仰られ驚きましたが実際にはそんなことはなく、あとでプールのことだったのかなと思うことがありました。 お部屋は年季を感じましたが清掃は行き届いていたと思います。洗面所排水がゴボゴボいうのが気になりました。空調が心地よいとはいえず寝苦しく感じました。 部屋のほうじ茶を急須に茶葉を入れいただいたのですが茶こしをつけてもらえるといいなと思いました。 コーヒーを飲めるサービスがあると嬉しいなと感じました。 レストラン個室で夕食をいただきました。アップグレードしてとても内容も良くおいしくいただきました。しかし食事中従業員の方たちの私語が丸聞こえでせっかく素晴らしいお食事なのに残念でした。 食事説明は最小限でおしながきをみながらいただきました。 早朝に出庫するのにフロントにお電話しましたが応答なく直接フロントに出向き対応していただきました。 夕食時に布団を敷きに来ていただける形なのですが、以前からそういうサービスは当たり前だったかと思うのですが、時代が移り少し不安を感じるようになってるのが自分でも残念に思いました。 価格を考えると細々と不満点もありましたが、ステキな時間を過ごすことができましたので総じて良かったと思います。

夕食は会席料理で非常に美味しいものでした。朝食も予想以上で満足しています。施設の古さは致し方無いがそれを補っているのが窓から見る景色の素晴らしさでした。残念ながら雨で期待ほどではなかったけれど晴れた時の景色を次の機会に見たいです。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で好感が持てました。またいつか泊まってみたいです。

当日は風が強く、小雨もふっていて寒かったが、星空の下の展望風呂と沖合のＪＦＥに入港まちの船の明かりが美しかったです。遅くチェックインをすると食事がとれないのが残念でした。

70代の父と50代の夫婦の3人で和室10畳を利用。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で感じもよく、お部屋は４階でしたがオーシャンビューが素晴らしく、清潔で使いやすくとても過ごしやすかったです。食事も美味しくて、基本プランでも量は十分でした。屋上も大浴場もお風呂は想像より小さめでしたが、食事前も食事後も貸切に近いくらいで混み合うことなく、ゆっくり心地よく入れました。露天風呂の眺めは最高でした。 朝食も美味しく、夕食ともに１階の食事処でしたが、個室なのでお部屋食と変わらないくらいリラックスてきました。お部屋に食事の臭いが残らないのでこちらでの食事でよかったと思いました。トータル的にとても良いお宿だったと思います。

素晴らしいお部屋とお料理でした。 部屋から眺める景色も絶景で、特にこの部屋は仙酔島と弁天島を望むことができます。 鞆の浦観光を散策するにも近いロケーションなので便利です。 アミューズメント的な設備やサービスはあまりないので、小さなお子さんには少し退屈かもしれません。一風変わったパズルやゲーム等、お部屋やロビーのテーブル上で楽しめる貸出グッズがあるとなお良い気がしました。 また利用したいと思います。
