place was clean and very nice. But we didn't get any check in information from them. We couldn't get inside until worker show up.

The room facilities are great, new and well maintained.
Love the bath tub and electronic door system.
The only draw back is the location which is a little far from Hakata station and the convenience of hailing a cab and eateries.
We really appreciate the spaciousness of the unit. We stayed in a 2 storey unit with 2 bedrooms upstairs. A well equipped kitchen. The unit is located about 15 min walk to Hakata Station where the food and shopping are located.

Has everything we need for our family holiday. All electric appliances are in good work order and condition.
However there's no room service during the stay this is particularly an issue travelling with small kids using diapers.....
