A great place to land when arriving. Super friendly and helpful staff, really lovely and comfortable room, quiet but close to everything. An easy walk to and from the train station, with all manner of restaurants and cheery foot traffic all around. Would definitely return.

Hotel is very close to HAKATA station but it is quiet. It’s good for your rest as you will not get disturbed by others. There is a Lawson in front of hotel and it is 24hours. It’s extremely convenient. The hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. I would stay at this hotel when I visit Fukuoka again.

The staff was great, the hotel lobby and waiting room extremely cramped during high volume check-in time, the hotel’s cleanliness was impeccable, and their breakfast options were not Western friendly. Overall, it was a good experience, but if you are looking for comforts and superior accommodations, this property lacked some of the things Western travelers are used to. The location was also a great feat due to it being close to the subway station and bus station with lots of restaurants and shopping to do during down time.
