We love this property. It is very kids friendly and we enjoy the larger tatami space for lounging and packing. Staff is very friendly and is always available. Breakfast was western style and was very delicious.

Hotel is quiet, efficient and clean. Bfast was included and we opted for in room delivery which was very nice. Miyahira-San was extremely attentive and helpful. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, Canal City and Tenzin park, nice during Christmas.

This was my best hotel experience in Japan, although it is not a big hotel, but no matter the interior design or service, everything seems so elegant and comfortable. Room is very spacious. Parking lot is right in front of the hotel, and it is located in downtown area, very convenient and the best part is to have a quiet night. It is worthy to the price.

Amazing amazing service. Hotel manager greeting us from our taxi… to helping us find restaurants to dine, to showing us to the elevator, our ferry changed due to weather and they were so accommodating fir the cancelation of one of the nights…. Just so lovely everyone. The room was a bit small for our family of 4 but to be expected of Japan hotel. In retrospect should have reserved 2 rooms. Our fault.
