Great little mini apartment/hotel room

Perfect mini apartment for a short stay. A little tricky to work out where the office was to check in as it’s not the same building as the rooms. The email about that was purely in Japanese and google translate didn’t translate the address correctly so watch out for that. The details are on hotels.com though so use those

There are no one answers questions they only send you information but no reply. They said they will have cleaning every five days but until 7 days trip end there are no one. They only give you a 1 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1 1/2 box of tissue for 3 ppl stay 7 days. I will not staying this hotel again.

overall it was okay…. I didn't enjoy the carpet inside. It was clean, but the smell wasn't pleasant. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathroom was extremely small, about the size of airplane restrooms. There were no staff members, and everything operated on a self-service system. It took 10 minutes to walk to the nearest transportation hub. Unfortunately, there were no convenience stores near the inn, only vending machines. So, you'll need to purchase everything you need before arriving. I think this place is a little bit overpriced than the actual services and facilities.

問題なく家族4人で宿泊できました。バストイレが分かれていないタイプの部屋だったのですが、中がカビ臭く、天井の換気扇にカビがギッシリ生えていたのに驚きました。改善をしていただけると嬉しいです。

4人で宿泊だったのに、アメニティが2人分しか用意されてなく、タオルも追加を取りに行ったら無くて困った。 お風呂も汚かった。 部屋が選んだ時の写真と違ってたから、びっくりした。 わかりにくい…… できれば、チェーンがあったら安心感が増した。 寝るとこ、荷物置き場の確保目的なら、まぁまぁ安かったから良いかと……。 次は無いかな……と思います。

清掃が行き届いていない。 チェックインは完全タブレットで人はいない、こういうシステムの宿泊施設に泊まった事がなかったので、ID等の入力や宿泊料の支払い等、チェックインに時間がかかるなぁ〜という印象でした。慣れた方なら、スムーズなんだろうと思います。

トイレが臭すぎる！！

せっかく泊まったのにトイレの匂いが臭すぎて妻も子供も大変不快な想いでした。清潔感はありますが、チェックインも最初から英語で分かりづらかったですしヘルプの対応もイマイチでした。 二段ベッドで子供たちは大変喜んでいただけに、トイレのものすごく臭い異臭でもう二度と泊まらないと思いました。

チェックインが難しい。チェックインがやっと完了しても鍵の受け取りで苦戦する。やり方の説明がまずわかりにくかったです。隣でチェックインしていた人も苦戦していて一緒に鍵の受け取りをしました^^; 部屋はトイレの便座がとにかく冷たいです！駅から近いホテルの中で安いのでこのホテルを選びました。

ホテルというより、マンションでした。チェックインは口コミでみたよりは簡単でした。ただ、部屋の清潔さは気になりました。空気清浄機はフィルター交換のサインが出たままです。網戸は外れたまま、窓の鍵は空いていました。お風呂もカビが沢山で茶色の水が溜まっているところがありました。臭いも気になります。共用部分に洗濯機があった事は有り難かったのですが、こちらもフィルターのサインが付いていたのと臭いがきになりました。ただ2段ベットで子ども達が喜んでいたのと、部屋の鏡部分はオシャレな事、朝ごはんに美味しい卵サンドがあった事は有り難かったです。（こちらは2泊して最終日に出会えました！）

建物古い、隣の部屋の音が聞こえる、トイレドア開閉時、ギイーと音がして、スムーズに開閉できない。 浴室はトイレと別途あるが、使い勝手が悪い、 手洗いは玄関脇にあるが、鏡が低すぎて、思いっきりかがまないと使えない。イスもないので使えない。 リピートはないかな。

チェックイン操作がタブレット端末で面倒臭い。部屋の掃除が行き届いておらず、お風呂も初めて見る狭さ。赤カビが酷かった。前の人の髪の毛も残ったままだった。ケトルも掃除されておらず結露したまま不衛生。ただベットは広くて良かった。小さい子どもと添い寝で利用したが余裕の広さ。しかし今後の利用はないと思う。

편리한 숙소

하카타 역까지 걸어서 5분이면 갈 수 있고, 편의점도 역 가는 길에 있어서 편했습니다. 나카스에서 술 마시고 걸어서 30분이면 올 수 있어서 위치도 아주 만족했습니다. 열쇠를 찾고 맡기는 방식이 특이했습니다만, 익숙해지니까 편해서 나갈 때 안들고가고 맡겨두고 가니까 좋았습니다.
