Staff was very friendly, communicate effectively even tho not much speak English. They do have a translator device, but just knowing basic Japanese will help. Family mart and Lawson located in the same block. They even offer luggage service to airport or another hotel. Would recommend and would stay again!!

Even though the room was small, the service support was excellent. We used this hotel for 20 days while travelling around Fukuoka and the surroundings. I love how they change your towels every two days to help save the planet. They offer coffee tea even hot cocoa packs in the lobby along with bubble bath crystals, and skin care for your needs. Surrounding restaurants and the hotel itself offers breakfast. I ever tried their dinner. Family mart, Lawton’s and 7/11 are all nearby too. Hotel is situated close to the bus and train stations and only a three block walk to the hotel from Hakata Airport line.

Staff is very helpful. They helped us to make reservation with restaurants. It’s a great help to those not speaking Japanese. Room is clean but a bit small and layout is strange. Bathroom, toilet and washing basin are separated in 3 different areas. Location is good. Only 10 min walks to Hakata Station. There are some small shops for dinner in the neighborhood.

The staff were great. The room was nice and cozy.The breakfast they have was delicious. I highly recommend the French toast. It is in a great location. There is a Family Mart right next to the hotel and is nearby Hakata station.

The hotel is opposite to a supermarket, which is very convenient. The parking lot is also a few steps away and is free. The room is clean. The layout of the hotel is very design-oriented. I will stay here again next time.

Arrived early and stored luggage. Had to pay extra taxes because of going over a set limit. Not a huge amount but still wasn’t pleased. Room was tiny, however, bathtub/shower was a good size. Saw some bugs. No room service for 5 days, but, able to get fresh towels. Coin laundry available on site. Walkable to main train station within 10 min. USB A port available Staff were nice and helpful.

Great stat here in Fukuoka. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk of Hakata station with plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. It was very easy to get around. The hotel itself was comfortable- room was spacious enough for two people. The bathroom was my favorite part. There is a deep tub and the hotel provides different kids of bath salts in the lobby to choose from. I definitely took advantage of it, especially after a long day of walking. Was able to do laundry as well! Overall, would stay here again.

Value for Money

This hotel is very good value for money. Location also good with Family Mart, Lawson and 7-11 around the area. It is in the middle of Hakata Terminal and Canal City. My only problem is that cleaning ia only every 3 days so you have to kwwp your room clean. Otherwise, the adjoined rooms are very good for families.
