The hotel is in nice area and near shopping and train station however the room price ($88 usd per night is expensive for a tiny room 136 sqft). Breakfast is average not many selections.

A bit small for 3 people. Not enough power sockets and the USB port was malfunction, unable to charge phone battery. Need 5-10 min walk to Hakata station, plenty of restaurants and convenient stores near hotel

The hotel is opposite to a supermarket, which is very convenient. The parking lot is also a few steps away and is free. The room is clean. The layout of the hotel is very design-oriented. I will stay here again next time.

Value for Money

This hotel is very good value for money. Location also good with Family Mart, Lawson and 7-11 around the area. It is in the middle of Hakata Terminal and Canal City. My only problem is that cleaning ia only every 3 days so you have to kwwp your room clean. Otherwise, the adjoined rooms are very good for families.

Clean nice hotel near the train station

Hotel was clean but the rooms are small. The staff was mostly polite and spoke some English but we got a nasty call about us returning a pillow. There is only one pillow per bed and there was spare pillows in the shelf in the hallway so we took one for each of us. We got a call from the front desk saying we had to return one of the pillows because they were short one pillow for a room. What kind of hotel is this that doesn’t have spare pillows? Other than that the location is 5 minutes from the train station and there’s a great yakitori place kitty corner from the hotel. Make sure to make reservations there since they fill up fast

リーズナブルなのにフロントスタッフの方々の感じがとても良いです。 真夏の旅行だったのでチェックイン時にカウンターに扇風機が置かれていたり、冷たいおしぼりをもらえたりといった気遣いがありがたかったです。 部屋はベッドスペース以外は確かにかなりコンパクトですが、値段を考えると綺麗で臭いもなし、冷房の効きもよく、寝に帰るだけなら全く問題ありませんでした。 駅からは5分程度歩きますが、これも値段を考えれば全然許容範囲です。 アメニティは部屋になく全てフロント前でバイキング形式なので、手荷物の多い方は一度荷物を置いてもう一度フロントまで降りてくる必要があるかもしれません。ただし各種バスソルトや好みの香りのシャンプー・リンスを小分けにして持ち帰ることができるサービスがあり、選ぶ楽しさもあり良かったです。 また福岡に来ることがあればぜひ泊まりたいです。
