Stayed here twice with a cycling group. The staff were very helpful and friendly, assisting us with the storage of our bike boxes in-between stays. Facilities are basic but represent great value for money. Good location and parking available onsite.

Staff were very helpful, thankfully they let us into the room a couple of hours early. Quiet room, free wine drinks in the late afternoon. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. We would recommend this hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. While the breakfast options are limited, it provided enough fuel for our activities. The area is an ideal location for sightseeing, with a train station, buses, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. The room size is good by Japanese standards. A good stayover in Fukuoka

The hotel situates in city centre. Many tourist points can be reached within 30 minutes walk or 12 minutes by car. The room is small as expected but it is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was covered each morning which was nice. Lots of free amenities. Rooms were definitely on the smaller side, but I'm sure most hotels are similar in Japan. Close to lots of shopping areas and transportation.

Really nice hotel for the price. Laundry machines and gym was easily accessible. Gym was empty all three times I went. Nothing fancy, but good! Had dumbbells up to 10kg and smith machine up to 157.5kg. Free coffee in the lounge area 2-11pm. Would come here again.

Moderate business hotel

It's 3 mins walk from 吳服町 station. We walked 18-20mins to 天神/ 博多. Ours was a 18 sq.m. double room which have enough space for unpacking. We didn't ask for any hotel service during the stay.
