Beautiful property! The size of the room was bigger than whatbi received in Japan as a whole! I received Expedia VIP access treatment so i got an upgrade and teo bottles of water. The room and bathrooms are very clean and it is easy to get there from Hakana station or to Hakana international port by bus!

Good value for the money. Hotel is pretty new. A bit far from the train station and between two subway stations. Expect a five minute walk. Breakfast is excellent but is crowded due to tour groups at the hotel. Room is a bit tight with not much space if you have more than one piece of luggage.

Stayed here late Oct/early Nov. Good amenities and generally clean, though some corners/shelves of the room were a bit dusty. Easy & quick to walk to nearby konbinis and bus stops. Canal City was a 10-15min walk. We wish we researched parking a bit better because we were way over-charged for parking on hotel premises. Better to park across the street in the parking garage, or clarify with the hotel their parking policies. Overall a decent stay for the price, just triple-check the parking situation!
