首先房東沒有主動發送入住指引電郵給我，要我自己主動透過客服去找他們，他們的聯絡電話打不通，發電郵給他們也沒有回覆，我到達了住宿地點也沒有任何人聯絡我，電郵亦沒有任何回覆，我帶着嬰兒和拿着行李，很無助，瘋狂找路人幫忙打電話給房東，打了十多分鐘才有人接聽，客房整潔程度不好，床褥導致嬰兒皮膚敏感
