The Hotel was in a great location, close to train station and lots of restaurants/shops. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast. It was a complete breakfast, not your simple bun and coffee.

It has a nice location, excellent service, sufficient room space, and good price. The only concern would be that the equipment and facility are a bit old. Hope to see it renewed and remodeled.

Don’t stay here. There were roaches at the hotel. We saw one on the bed and other one at the elevator area. Staff was really nice but we have to leave the hotel and find a last minute hotel near by. They contacted expdia and agreed to cancel the reservation without fee and Expedia will refund our money. I also contacted Expedia and I’m waiting for my refund.We have videos about it.

The biggest room (triple) we had stayed so far during our trip. Right outside the hakata station, just across the street. Free breakfast was great too. Staff are very friendly. Overall very satisfied and would love to come back again.

The hotel is right across from the station which is very easy to find even if this is your first time in Hakata . Though the hotel does seem a bit outdated but everything is still functional and clean. Their lobby has a library cafe where you could hang out while enjoying their free beverages and read their books (mostly in Japanese though).

Just few minutes walk from Hakata station ( right across the street) The hotel look a bit old like early 80s style but it is roomy. Overall the room is clean and staff is helpful and friendly. However night time maybe a bit noisy, maybe there was a group tour staying at the same floor. Breakfast is okay. If you drive and stay in the hotel, suggest you check with the hotel where is the suggested parking lot located as the parking lot behind the hotel building is closed and not available and there is no other sign mention the parking lot location. The underground street of Hakata station did have a exit near the entrance but it is stair only.

Good location close to the main station. Places to keep your bags before and after check in. Self Check in machines are useless for Expedia users needed to get assistance. Check out easy with self check in machine. If hotel is crowded then the breakfast line is crazy
