Over priced for location and no employees on site

This place sucks. Overpriced for location by $50/night and has no front desk staff which means no leaving bag before check in or after check out to walk around. Didn't see a single person between 6x coming and going. Ghost town.

Nice stay in Fukuoka

Exactly what I seek for, an apartment for a week stay with small kitchen, laundry machine and all I need to fell at home. The check-in is easy, but as it was the first time, I fell unsecure till get the room door open. Subway station is few minute walk.

Overall, very dissatisfied, primarily due to not enough information about the hotel. A day or so before arriving, I received "self check-in instructions" by text. The front desk is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator and very difficult for older people to climb stairs with heavy luggage. After many tries, the entry code did not work, but we were able to eventually enter because 2 guests were coming outside. Later, each time we tried to re-enter, we had difficulty with the entry code, (as did 2 other guests I met at the entry.) Instructions said to leave cash in the room for a city accommodation tax, because it was not included in the initial price. (No receipt.) Hotel is not traveller friendly!

空港から地下鉄で3駅、徒歩10〜15分程で空港・市街地のどちらからもアクセスがし易いです。 シャワーが温度調節がし難いタイプなのでその点には注意が必要です。

チェックイン時にQRコードを読み取ってのチェックインをしなければならないのですが、とても難しかったです。 部屋はお風呂トイレベットは綺麗でしたが、部屋自体が独特な匂いがしました。 ケトル内がとても汚くお湯を沸かすことは諦めました。 フライパンや食器、スポンジもありますが不安で使えませんでした。 洗濯洗剤は固まった物が置いてありました。使っても追加料金はないです。 2泊利用しましたが、タオル交換の案内はなかったので用意されてるものを使い回すしかないようです。 周りにあまり飲食店はありませんが、フードデリバリーは種類が多かったです。

基本無人なので手荷物を預けたり出来ません。室内も自宅にいる感じなので、室内着がありませんでした。シャワーもお湯が中々出ない、シャワーの出し方が難しい、浴室内に清掃漏れなのか髪の毛が残っていました。バスタオルも薬品の匂いなのか異臭がしたので、普通に使うのにも抵抗がありました。 外が寒かったからというのもあるとは思いますが、室内がキンキンに冷えていたので、カーテンや扉をきちんと閉めないと部屋が寒すぎて寝るのも大変なレベルでした。 人と会わずに自宅と変わらない感覚の旅行、部屋着やタオルなど全て持ち歩いている旅行をするにはおすすめしますが、ビジネスホテル等に泊まり慣れていて、荷物も必要最低限が良い人には向いていないと思いました。

チェックインがわかりにくい。 現地支払いにしましたが翌日わざわざスタッフが部屋まで来て行うスタイルだったので、カード払いにしておけば良かったです。 周囲はコンビニもなく不便。店などもなく静かかと思いきや夜間も絶えず車の音がするような環境でした。 部屋はキレイに清掃されていましたが、古いスポンジがキッチンに置かれていました。生活感が出ている部分がちょっと無理でした。 値段は周辺ホテルに比べてだいぶ安かったので、寝るだけを目的にすれば気にならないと思います。

駅から歩いて15分くらい まずまずの距離 空港までタクシーで15分程度で近くて利用しやすい 繁華街ではないので静かで過ごしやすかった ビジネスホテルより広くて過ごしやすかった

가성비 좋은 아파트형태 숙소

테라스가 있어서 너무좋았고, 창문이 두개라서 환기가 잘되었어요. 위치는 하카타역과 조금 멀지만 너무 혼잡하지않아서 좋았습니다.
