My room unit was adequately spacious for a single traveler, compare to other Japanese hotel rooms, it was well maintained, all lighting, AC, TV, refrigerator, water hot/cold, electrical outlets, worked properly. Upon check-in the staff were very expeditiously efficient, informative, & courteously professional. I didn't have any meals at the hotel, due to countless numbers of very walk able restaurants & convenient stores in the surrounding vicinity of the hotel. The hotel is located in a quite & peaceful neighborhood area. Also, they offer 3 gifts upon check-in, from 1 hr. later check out time, to free tokens for the beverage machine, which was conveniently helpful, if you need something to drink to take up to your room, when checking in late at night.

Very close to bus stops, shopping building and convenience stores. Tenjin station is in walking distance, almost all the way underground. Great on raining day. Taxi to airport was quick and easy, too. AC is central air and you can only change on/off plus strength. With air purifier, I wasn't bothered. Bed textiles were old but room was well cleaned. There's free bottled water and coffee for guests. If you choose to skip room cleaning, they'll give free items or coins for bottled drinks from lobby vending machine. Polite, friendly, helpful staff. Not the cheapest hotel but worth for this location.

地下鉄天神駅からは少し歩きますが、大通りではない場所にあるので煩くもなく利便性もよかったです。 スタッフの方も上品で感じが良く丁寧な対応で、お部屋も綺麗に掃除されてあり、お風呂も綺麗でした。 夜は、たまたまホテルの直ぐ近くにお洒落で美味しいお店(天神ゆかし)居酒屋を見つけたのでそちらで飲食しました。

職員：員工很好，很有禮貌，服務亦周到。 餐廳：食物好吃但選擇較少。 房間設施：房的灰塵很多，床褥很硬，枕頭睡了四天好像睡在石頭上，軟的硬的都睡得不好。 916空調系統有問題，房內空氣不流通，很焗， 917浴室的水龍頭有問題，熱水會自動跳去，之後要等很久才可調校至正常溫度，不然就只有冷水，大冷天老人家冲冲下就很難受了， 918浴室坐廁的自動清洗功能是壞掉的。
