古いホテルを居抜きでアパにしている。エアコンとエレベーターこそ古いものの全く問題なし。そのほかは備品も新しいし、綺麗で清潔。シングルにしてはそこそこ広い。カプセル式コーヒーマシン（しかもスタバ）が部屋にあるのが嬉しい。
