Was in town briefly for a wedding. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful. The room was satisfactory, though small by North American standards. Everything was okay - nothing stood out as bad. The staff were absolutely amazing though!

Booked this hotel as there was nothing else available in Saitama or at least the area of Saitama I needed to be in. I was HAPPILY surprised by the hotel and it's staff. First there is parking and a decent amount, as I'm a driver this helped a lot. The staff spoke limited English, but more then enough to get checked in. They give complimentary breakfast and beer.... The location is incredible being only steps away from Fukaya station. I will definitely be coming back.

Good Hotel in front of Fukaya Station in Saitama
Right in front of Fukaya station, the hotel is a 2-minute walk from the station. There is an ofuro (large Japanese bath) on the top floor separate for men and women. Breakfast is included in the rate, as well as, coffee/cappuccino to go. The hotel is quiet and very clean. I'd stay there again.

Great cost performance.

スタッフさんが皆さんが素敵な笑顔で、安心して過ごせました。朝食も行き届いていて、パンの美味しさにも、焼き魚の美味しさにも大満足。部屋のタオルが少し草臥れていた以外は本当に完璧なおもてなしでした

残念でした。
2名の宿泊で2枚のカードキーでしたが、1枚は使用出来なかった為、個別で大浴場から帰った時に部屋に入れなかった。 朝食が混んでいた関係もあるが、殆んどの料理の補充が間に合わず、またスタッフも忙しいため、料理を取り分けるトングを落としたものをそのままセッティングしていた。 他のルートイングループでは満足出来たので大変残念です。

唯一、浴槽の排水が
売りは、BSでWOWOWが無料視聴できる点になります。あとは常備のスリッパに加え、使い捨てのスリッパがあり、シャワー後など快適に過ごせます。築後年数を経て致し方ないですが、浴槽の水はけに、問題あり、シャワーのみでお湯は張りません。

やはり、バスタブの排水が
少し改装したフロアで、部屋は広く快適。ただ、築年数が経ち仕方ないでしょうが、浴槽の排水が悪い。とてもお湯を張る気分になれない。BSでWOWOW を無料視聴出来るのは、確かに売りです。
